Plan your taxi to the airport
Tell us where in Linköping you want to be picked up and when you need to reach the airport. Give the street address and any building or entrance details. For a hotel pickup, include the hotel name and the entrance where you will wait.
Allow time for road traffic, unloading, check-in and security. Follow your airline’s current arrival advice. The right pickup time depends on your actual starting point; a route map is not a promise of a journey time.
Taxi pickup after your flight
Give the flight number, arrival date and a phone number on which you can be reached. Allow time to leave the aircraft and collect checked luggage before the agreed taxi pickup.
Agree the meeting point with the booking service. The airport address does not identify a reserved taxi bay. If your flight is delayed, contact us to discuss the pickup; do not assume it will change automatically.
Airport address and travel information
Linköping City Airport’s visitor address is Åkerbogatan 20, Linköping, according to Linköping Municipality’s airport company listing. Confirm the terminal and the meeting point when booking.
Use the airport’s official website and your airline for current passenger information. For a transfer to a different airport, specify its full name and confirm the longer journey separately.
Fare, passengers and luggage
Ask for a fare for the exact pickup, destination and time. Ask whether a fixed fare is available and what is included, such as any stops or waiting. Read our taxi fare information before confirming.
Tell us how many people are travelling and describe large suitcases or other bulky items. Call in advance about a child seat or particular assistance needs so that the options for your journey can be confirmed.
Before you confirm the transfer
- Check the date, particularly for flights or pickups around midnight.
- Provide both addresses and the flight number.
- Confirm the pickup time, meeting point and contact number.
- Check the fare, luggage arrangements and change or cancellation terms.
Booking is completed separately through STN Taxi or by phone. See how to book a taxi in Linköping for the booking steps.
