Check before contacting us
- Count bags and larger packages
- Describe the bulkiest item
- State where you will wait with purchases
- Check the full travel party
A practical example
You bought more than planned and are at another exit. Give the new location and load before pickup is arranged.
What needs confirmation
Ask about room for the actual load. A taxi booking does not automatically include transport of every type of purchase.
