Check before contacting us
- Check the airport name
- Get check-in guidance from the airline
- Work backwards to your requested pickup
- Check the morning journey date
A practical example
Your flight leaves early but bags must be dropped beforehand. Write both your desired airport arrival and the pickup you want to discuss.
What needs confirmation
Have the pickup confirmed and ask whether your schedule needs adjusting for the actual route.
